Chris co-leads our Product and Engineering Leaders Practice, and is one of the most highly sought-after search consultants in the field for these critical roles. His story is interesting and unexpected. In 2011, he was visiting friends and family in the Bay Area to watch the ""Big Game"" when he met Kevin Barry and Andy Price at SPMB. He left that vacation with a job offer from Andy to join his team as an analyst, and the rest is history. Fast forward to the beginning of 2018, when the opportunity arose to build a brand new type of search firm and partner with Andy and Dalton again, it was like he was back on the same vacation six years ago.

Chris spent 6 years at SPMB, quickly rising from Analyst to Partner and established his own brand in the market for delivering high quality Product and Engineering search work for tier-1, high profile, VC backed and public companies. Logan was born and raised in the small town of Fairfield, CT, and currently lives in Naples, FL. In 2018, she adventured to Miami, FL to attend the University of Miami. Logan studied Psychology and English while serving as the sorority President of Delta Phi Epsilon. She prides herself in her work ethic and leadership skills.

Logan joined Artisanal Talent to support the Product and Engineering team. She has continued her love for learning while working alongside Megan Power and Vidur Dewan. Her passion for connecting with humans has allowed her to seek out top talent and build strong, trusting relationships within the tech community.

In her free time, you can find her reading a book on the beach, spending time with family and friends, and taking as many road trips as possible.

Having immigrated from South Korea, Min attributes his strong work ethic and aspirations to his roots as an immigrant. After graduating from the School of Architecture at Virginia Tech, Min worked at a global architecture firm until he realized his desire to lean further into his passion for innovative technology and his love for relationship building. Min is now part of Artisanal Talent's Go-To-Market practice supporting Rob Carter in building best-in-class GTM leadership teams for world-shaping technology companies.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Min is an avid gym goer and a competitive powerlifter. He also finds pause in nature through hiking, backpacking, and camping across the beautiful landscapes of the U.S.

Sophie was born and raised in the Chicago suburbs and graduated from the University of Michigan, majoring in Communications and Sales. Following graduation, she joined AmeriCorps as a City Year member and assisted in teaching 4th graders on the South Side of Chicago. She built incredibly strong bonds with her students and found a love for mentoring.

After the program ended, Sophie was itching to move to California, a place she knows and loves, and dive into the recruiting world. She landed in Los Angeles as a Recruiting Coordinator, where she placed individuals at leading entertainment, fashion, and finance companies.

Sophie became passionate about recruiting, building relationships, and sourcing top talent. She was eager to recruit in the tech space, which is what brought her to Artisanal Talent supporting the GTM team. Sophie thrives in a fast-paced environment and is extremely dedicated and driven. Outside of work, you can find her practicing hot yoga or finding the nearest Peloton, enjoying California’s beaches and farmer’s markets, or exploring the LA restaurant scene.

Will was born and raised in Washington, DC. After earning his degree in Political Science and History from Duke University, Will did a 180 and chose to move to the west coast, which eventually led him to become a member of Riviera Partners' Operations team. Will later transitioned to executive recruiting at Riviera, where he worked on Engineering and Product searches for Growth Stage, VC-backed companies—supporting searches from Series A-Series F.

Will joins Artisanal's engineering practice under Alex Zakupowsky, where he helps high-growth companies attract and hire the best engineering talent in the industry. Will currently works in San Francisco (North Beach) and participates in all the stereotypical SF activities: biking, hiking, surfing, and Jiu Jitsu. Most mornings, you can find him biking up across the GG Bridge and up Hawk Hill. Will loves to challenge himself in his athletic and professional life and believes that there is no substitute for persistence and grit.

Devin was born and raised in Fairfield, Connecticut and graduated from Roger Williams University, in Bristol, Rhode Island with a degree in Journalism. After graduation, she took her talents to NYC starting her career in the production industry, working in casting. After recruiting cast members for TV, she took the leap into executive search.

Devin directly supports Chase Whittingham in the GTM practice. She is dedicated, hard working, and always up for the challenge. She thrives off of creating relationships with clients and candidates and takes pride in her communication skills. In her free time you can find her relaxing at the beach, watching sports with family, or exploring new restaurants with friends!

Hugh began his career as an Associate for KPMG’s Financial Due Diligence practice. After two years of looking at spreadsheets, he made the leap to Executive Search, joining SPMB as a Senior Analyst. He quickly mastered market research, becoming an expert in Cybersecurity, DevOps, & Data Infrastructure. Hugh was then promoted to Associate, leading all outbound recruiting efforts for SPMB’s Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Practice.

When his mentors joined Artisanal Talent, Hugh jumped at the opportunity to continue building his expertise at a growing firm. Currently, Hugh is an Associate in a highly regarded Early Stage GTM Practice. Throughout his career in executive search, Hugh has successfully conducted numerous searches for C-level and VP-level positions on behalf of prestigious clients. Before joining Artisanal, Grace worked within IBM's Public Cloud Ecosystem as a technical sales specialist. As an Associate, she strives to form meaningful, long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates alike.

Judy joins Artisanal as an executive assistant supporting Chris Johnson and Mike Lee. She grew up in the Bay Area and ventured to the East Coast to attend the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. After graduation, she worked as a paralegal for 4 years before deciding that law school was not her future. Judy pivoted to admin and fell in love with executive recruiting when she landed a job at one of the SHREK firms. She later joined Riviera Partners, where she supported on Engineering, Product, and Design searches for mid-late stage startups and public companies.

Judy spends most of her free time trying out new restaurants, playing video games, and going to A’s games. Despite living next to huge bodies of water all her life, she cannot swim.
